Our Open House in April will be devoted to our own team and work. We will take the opportunity to welcome our friends and a growing network of professionals and interested people to discuss our current and future activities with us.
You are warmly invited to join us for another informal evening discussion and ápero with professionals and people interested in the area. April 20, between 18:00 and 20:00 at the Erkerzimmer of the  Zentrum Karl der Grosse (near the Grossmunster Zürich). More details and registration here.

Attendance is free. Prior registration helps us with the planning but last-minute attendance is also possible.

Workshops:

Scaling-up and multiplication of projects in the NGO area | June 1, 2016, 13:00-17:30 | Erkerzimmer, Zentrum Karl der Grosse, Zürich

Developing and implementing projects is a core activity for NGOs. When funding is available and the first results are encouraging, projects tend to grow, be it by scaling them up or by replication. Which strategies and models can be considered? And, to make a project fit for growing, which factors and challenges should to be considered since the beginning?
To answer these questions, the Sustinova team will host a workshop on June 1rst. We will have the input of the Mava Foundation and myclimate, two organisations with broad experience in launching and supporting projects developed by partner organisations.  More details and registration here.

SUSTINOVA is looking for contributors:

We are looking to expand our team. We have some clearly specified areas of need but are also open to explore further possibilities. More details here.

With best regards,
The SUSTINOVA Team
